Troy Briscoe

Troy Briscoe is a Doctor of Chiropractic and strength and human performance specialist with a clinical and academic background in evidence-based care and performance optimization. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Strength & Human Performance from Parker University, and his Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University. 

Dr. Briscoe currently serves as a Clinical Fellow at the Parker Performance Institute, where he delivers integrative care at the intersection of functional neurology, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning. His clinical approach emphasizes comprehensive assessment, neurophysiological principles, and progressive loading strategies to restore function and optimize human performance. 

With a background that spans strength and conditioning, sports performance testing, and clinical rehabilitation, Dr. Briscoe integrates principles of motor control, neuroplasticity, and biomechanical efficiency into both patient care and performance programming. He holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential through the NSCA and has worked with a wide range of individuals, from general population to athletes and tactical professionals. 

Dr. Briscoe’s work and interests center on rehabilitation and human performance, with a specific focus on the dynamic interaction between the nervous system and movement. His objective is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance by providing clinicians with practical, evidence-informed strategies that optimize outcomes and enhance long-term adaptability. Rooted in his faith in Christ, his work is driven by a commitment to serve others and steward health with purpose and respect.
